Some of the features included on the Summerville are a 60" tall upper clubhouse that features a solid shiplap wooden roof with a decorative dormer front and rear windows with a mesh insert and a flower box, flowers are not included. A large shaded imagination station with premium stools is a great place for kids to eat, color or chat with friends. The second level crow's nest leads to the 12 Twist n' Ride Tube Slide, the wiggle wall with multicolored rocks is an enjoyable and more challenging upgrade from the standard rock wall, the large sandbox holds up to 16 bags of play sand, not included, 1 or 2 passenger premium glider ride and 2 belt swings. Big Backyard warrants their products free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All pressure treated lumber is warranted for 10 years against rot and insect damage. All other parts, such as, hardware, swings, ride accessories, slides, canopies and non-pressure treated wood carry a one year warranty only.
